Mobile crushing , is a LINEAR process, in which the machine follows a windrow of loosened material, crushing continually as it travels. This unique technology delivers a five stage crushing and sorting action as the horizontal impactor crushing head passes over the material. Unlike "roto-milling", "pavement profilers" or “in place processing” the machine CRUSHES and blends all types of material, regardless of shape or hardness. We can pulverize asphalt chunks and crush rock at the same time. LINEAR CRUSHING offers many advantages over conventional processes and often provides the most cost-effective choice.

 

 Input into the Machine
  • Crushes all types of asphalt, or concrete (no metal)
  • Maximum size; 16" diameter chunks or 10” thick slabs.
  • Material sources: mats ripped from the road surface and rock from ditches.
  • Crushes directly from Belly-dump windrows of imported waste asphalt.
Output from the Machine
  • Aggregate graduation from 2” to ¾” minus.
  • Approximately 1000 cubic yards per windrow per mile.
  • Well blended output makes for easy processing.
  • Material well suited for most resurfacing applications.
