LINEAR CRUSHING is an economical process, in which the machine follows a windrow of loosened rock crushing continually as it moves. This unique technology delivers a five stage crushing and sorting action as the horizontal impactor head passes over the loosened material. Unlike "roto-milling",or “in place processing” the machine CRUSHES and blends all types of material, regardless of shape or hardness. Operating sites can vary from steep, narrow mountain roads to developed pit sites. LINEAR CRUSHING offers many cost effective advantages over conventional processes.

 

Input into the Machine

  • Crushes all types of rock, asphalt, or concrete.
  • Maximum size; 16” diameter rocks or 10” thick slabs.
  • Material sources: ditch-lines, cut-banks, or ripped from the road.
  • Directly crushes Linear Screening output or Belly-dump windrows.

 

Output from the Machine

  • Aggregate graduation from 2” to ¾” minus (first pass).
  • Linear screening gradation to 100% passing (multiple pass).
  • Well blended output makes for easy processing.
  • Up to 1200 cubic yards per single-pass windrow/mile.
